Minimum Order Quantities
MOQs start from 5 MT per commodity. Mixed-commodity orders are available for buyers sourcing multiple products. Contact us to discuss consolidated shipment options.
Destination Port Compliance
We supply buyers in Europe (Rotterdam, Hamburg, Felixstowe), Asia (Jebel Ali, Singapore, Nhava Sheva), and the Americas (Houston, New York, Santos). Our documentation meets EU, US FDA, and GCC import requirements.
Pre-Shipment Sample Programme
Request commodity samples before committing to a full order. Samples are dispatched via DHL within 5–7 business days. Sample costs are credited against your first order.

What payment terms do you offer?
We accept Letter of Credit (LC at sight or 30/60 days), Telegraphic Transfer (TT) with 30% advance and 70% against Bill of Lading, and for established buyers, open account terms after a track record of three shipments.
What is the typical lead time from order to shipment?
Standard lead time is 2–4 weeks from order confirmation and deposit receipt. This covers commodity procurement, processing, grading, fumigation, and documentation. Rush orders of 2 weeks are possible for in-stock commodities.
Do you offer third-party quality inspection?
Yes. We work with SGS, Intertek, and Bureau Veritas for pre-shipment inspection. Buyers may nominate their preferred inspection agency. Inspection costs are typically shared or absorbed into the FOB price for orders above 20 MT.
Can you supply year-round or only seasonally?
We maintain strategic stock of all six commodities to enable year-round supply. Hibiscus and sesame have defined harvest seasons (Oct–Jan), but we warehouse sufficient stock to fulfil orders throughout the year.
What certifications do your commodities carry?
All commodities are exported with phytosanitary certificates issued by the Nigerian Agricultural Quarantine Service (NAQS), certificate of origin from the Nigerian Export Promotion Council (NEPC), and fumigation certificates. Our facility holds ISO 9001 certification.
Do you work with freight forwarders or should we arrange our own?
Both options work. We have established relationships with freight forwarders at Apapa and Tin Can Island ports and can recommend reliable partners. Alternatively, your nominated forwarder can collect at the port on FOB terms.
